I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was exceptional, offering a magnificent view of Kandy Lake and the city from the spacious balcony with a large king bed. The service was courteous and friendly, though a bit overbearing at times, especially during breakfast. The location was excellent for exploring Kandy on foot, close to attractions like the Temple of the Tooth. The dining experience was superb, with a great variety of dishes. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The service is top-notch, with attentive and eager-to-please staff members. The location is ideal for easy access to attractions and a quick jaunt to the lake and temple while dining options are extensive but might not offer great value for money.
The hotel offers spacious rooms perfectly designed for family stays with a stunning view of the lake near the top. The service was accommodating and friendly, especially the duty manager. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to experience the perfect location due to unforeseen circumstances. The dining options could be improved in terms of variety and cost compared to the area, but the facilities were appealing.
